Experience - At least few months of experience in recruitment (either with consultancy or corporate.
Qualifications : BSc(IT), BCA, BE / B-Tech, MCA, MSc(IT) or M.Tech. People with simple (Non-IT) graduation but with rectuitment experience can also be considered.


Important Points:
===============
- You will not be an employee of Professionals-Hub, but will be working for Professionals-Hub on commission basis rather than on salary basis.
- You can work from your home/office at your own time.
- Job Requirements will be provided be Professionals-Hub depending upon your time bandwidth.
- You will be provided the professionals-hub email-id through which you will communicate to employers and candidates.
- You will be responsible for all recruitment activities for assigned jobs.
- In case you successfully close the job requirement, for each successful hiring from your side, you will be entitled to specific percentage of amount on Professionals-Hub revenue for that recruitment. We can assure you good rate of commission on each successful closure from your side. If you work regularly and sincerely you might able to earn around Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month.
- You will NOT be provided or reimbursed for any internet, telephone or job portal subscription charges incurred for your job. All internet, telephone and job portal subscription expenses need to be taken care by you at your end.
- We only expect two things from your side, sincerity and hard work. At any point of time if you feel that you don't want to do not have enough time to handle the given job(s), you would be required to inform us at the earliest, so that we can assign the same job to someone else. We expect you to regularly work on job requirements, at least 4 to 5 hour to have fruitful results. We are asking you to be sincere and regular as jobs assigned to you will not be assigned to someone else, hence you only will be responsible for closing those job requirements.
- Professionals-Hub will always be available for your any kind of help and for providing you the continuous flow of Job Requirements.


Job Responsibilities:

- Understand well the job requirements of clients.
- Look for suitable candidates for assigned job (openings) on online and offline recruitment sources. For instance searching candidates though online job portals, through head hunting, re fences etc.
- Broadcast the job details to suitable candidates through email
- Filter the received resumes based on job requirements.
- Forward the filtered resumes to client contact person
- Schedule an interview for short-listed candidates with client
- Keep track of shortlisted and selected candidates


Required Skill Set:
=================
- Person should very well know, how to work in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Only people with high motivation and positive attitude are required
- Candidate should have good analytical skills and presence of mind
- He should be quick learner with excellent verbal and oral communication (English)
