Responsibilities - Writing proposals/EOI, making presentations
Lead the project right from scratch, following the SDLC
Help to augment the team
Be a visionary, should be able to think0out the box

Qualification - BE/B.Tech/M.tech/MCA

Experience - Minimum 5 yrs in Software Industry

Required Skills - Expertise with J2EE,Java,Apache/Websphere/Weblogic/Sap netweaver.
Experience with Microsoft Technologies - .Net, database such as Oracle, MySQL
Security - SSL, PKI and both database/LDAP based authentication.
Understanding of CASE Tools, RUP models.
Experiecnce in ERP/CRM?Banking will be plus.
